In previous years, Live at Leeds has showcased the likes of Mumford and Sons, Ed Sheeran, Jake Bugg and Rudimental. This year's line up is as good as ever, serving up fresh talent to the hungry music lover.
After releasing his second EP, Cassy O', this March George Ezera will perform in Leeds College of Music. There's hell of a lot of female talent set to show this year too, I'm expecting great things from Chloe Howl and Ella Eyre... No pressure, guys.
Obviously there's gonna be some awesome bands on too. The Midnight Beast will be there and after the success of their E4 programme I'm guessing they'll be one of the popular acts this year. A fresh band that I'm hoping to see there is Circa Waves, I sadly missed their Sheffield show. Now for the marvellous band -that were giving out popping candy the last time I saw them- Superfood. They'll be playing Leeds Uni 'Stylus' which is one of the best venues I've ever been to. The sound quality of the place is great, I just can't hype it enough.
Last, and my personal favorite Nina Nesbitt will be there! It's gonna be hard for me not to fangirl and show myself up but I'll try my best. So I hope to see you lot there and I'd head over to see the schedule so you can plan who you want to see and find out where you'll need to be.
Thanks for reading,
Alex x
Hey, great idea! I'm from Brazil and have never been to a music festival! It's my dream to participate in a big one, but I guess I'm a bit afraid... I'd definitely go to this one! :)
